About Kevin

Kevin approaches real estate as an advocate and an educator. By listening to his clients’ wants and needs, Kevin helps them make wise and informed decisions while navigating the rigors of the buying and selling process. As a trusted advisor, his goal is to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations. He’s efficient, strives to find the best value for his clients, and is always available to answer any questions – which he’s been doing successfully since 2001. 

As a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate, Kevin specializes in homes and condos in the Greater Seattle and Eastside areas. Having lived in eleven of Seattle’s neighborhoods himself, Kevin has a unique understanding of the landscape he works in and has an abundance of resources at his disposal. His strong communication and negotiating skills and his wealth of knowledge further enhance his ability to provide excellent customer service.

Prior to working with Windermere, Kevin served as a Customer Service Manager with American Airlines for more than 15 years. There, he fostered relationships, emphasized education, and always put his customers first. These skills helped him transition seamlessly into real estate. By building positive, personal connections, Kevin guides his clients throughout their purchase or sale to make the process a seamless, satisfying experience. 

Kevin loves taking road trips with his husband, Shaun, to visit family and friends in California and Arizona. Kevin also enjoys swimming and spending time with loved ones, including his pets Elphie, Napa Cab, and Zinfandel.
